QAD Agro Foundation Limited by Guarantee is registered in Ghana as CG051660623 and governed by an Executive Council. It is legally distinct from QAD Agro Limited. The Foundation is developing a governance framework to guide stewardship of its resources and decisions in service of its public-benefit purpose.

The Elizabeth Aframoah Fori Dwumah AgriMech Academy carries her name in recognition of her agricultural heritage and the values of service, discipline and opportunity that inspire the initiative.

Audrey Augustus

Executive Council Member & Director, QAD Foundation

Audrey is an Executive Council Member and Director of QAD Foundation. Her professional background spans international development, advertising and communications, entrepreneurship, and hospitality operations in Ghana.

She began her career in the not-for-profit and international development sector, working on programmes focused on social development and supporting organisations to deliver projects, manage partnerships and strengthen their operations. She later transitioned into the commercial sector, building a career in advertising and communications.

As General Manager of Insel Communications, she helped build and strengthen the business, developing its operating structures and growing the team responsible for its advertising and communications work.

Alongside her corporate career, she has been involved in building and developing an Accra-based food service business from its inception, expanding its direct-to-consumer operations and developing experience in multi-brand food production, service delivery and day-to-day business operations.

Her experience across the not-for-profit and commercial sectors combines programme and project management with business development, operational management and entrepreneurship.

Lydia Ohenewa Bampoe

Executive Council Member & Director, QAD Foundation

Ms. Lydia Ohenewa Bampoe is an Executive Council Member and Director of QAD Foundation. She has more than 20 years of experience across commercial management, corporate affairs, business development and client-facing operations in Ghana and the United Kingdom.

At Cirrus Energy Services in Accra, she managed corporate affairs, brand positioning and government-facing engagement. As Commercial Manager of Coin De Luxe, she directed product selection, merchandising, marketing and client service. Her earlier career with British Airways included customer service, account management and team leadership.

She has served as Managing Partner of Bridge Africa UK, providing trade advisory, corporate investment research and market-entry support for clients exploring Ghana. She also founded FaceFix Ghana, a skincare business. Her United Kingdom public-service experience includes employment support with the Department for Work and Pensions, beginning in 2024.

Ms. Bampoe holds a Master of Tourism Management from the University of Westminster and a BA in Modern Languages, French and Arabic, from the University of Ghana. She works in English and French. Her experience across enterprise management, international trade and employment support informs the Foundation's planning for training, partnerships and pathways into agricultural work.
