Building people who power agricultural transformation

QAD Foundation is developing programmes that connect practical skills with pathways to work and rural enterprise for young people, women and agricultural communities.

People are the operating strength behind productive agriculture.

The opportunity

Agricultural transformation starts with people.

Modern agriculture needs people who can operate machines safely, keep irrigation running, maintain equipment and protect value after harvest. Many young people need a credible route into that work. The Foundation is being developed to connect practical learning with employment and enterprise.
